Card processing, with a backup.

Veyra connects your store to more than one US acquiring bank, plus a backup processor. Cards are saved once in our vault, so a rail change never asks a customer for their card again.

New charges split across the rails. Each one uses the same saved card.

More than one bank.
Two US acquiring banks and a backup processor sit behind one checkout.
Cards saved once.
Tokenized in our vault, so whichever rail is live can charge them.
Renewals carry over.
Subscriptions keep billing through a rail change. Failed renewals retry at 3, 7 and 14 days.

Bring the cart back. With a text, not a coupon.

When a shopper leaves checkout or their card is declined, your store’s assistant texts them from a real number, answers what stopped them, and sends them back to the cart they built.

No link in the first text
It asks one easy question; the cart comes after they reply.
Answers from your site
Never invents prices, stock, shipping times or policies.
STOP works instantly
Quiet hours in their time zone, three texts a day at most.

Fewer chargebacks. Answers for the rest.

Alerts refund a disputed charge before it counts against you. Chargebacks that do arrive get a response built from what checkout already recorded. Fraud is scored before the card is charged.

Order delivered to the shipping address on file. Tracking and delivery confirmation attached. The cardholder’s IP at purchase resolves to the shipping city, and the security code and address checks passed.

Tracking comes from your shipping plugin automatically.

Alerts refunded before they count.

When a bank warns that a cardholder is about to dispute, small orders are refunded on the spot. A refunded alert never becomes a chargeback.

Fraud stopped before the charge.

Every order is scored against a blocklist shared across Veyra stores. This one: a card disputed at another store, an email made today, and a freight forwarder as the address.

Connect your assistant to your Veyra account and ask for what you want. It looks up your store, checks the plugin and makes a test checkout, and it shows every step.

Live stays with us. Anything the assistant does runs in test mode; live payments switch on after review, never from a prompt.

Business accounts only.

Veyra is payment and messaging software for registered businesses that sell online. Every account is reviewed before it takes a live payment, signs a merchant agreement, and is watched after it goes live.

Who we work with Companies, not people.

US-registered LLCs and corporations that sell physical goods, subscriptions or services online, on WooCommerce, Shopify or their own site. There are no personal accounts, and the business that signs is the business that gets paid.

What you sign Before the first live charge.

A merchant agreement and a rate schedule priced for your business. Read the merchant agreement and the acceptable use policy.

After you go live Watched, not forgotten.

Dispute and refund ratios, fraud scores and changes to your site and catalog are reviewed continuously. A change to what you sell or where you ship goes to our team first, and we talk to you before anything changes on your account.

We run it for you.

You get the dashboard and the team behind it. We set it up, write the messages, answer the disputes and show you what each channel earned.

We review the business, the site and what you sell before anything goes live.

  4. Step 4

Questions store owners ask first.

What happens if a bank connection goes down?

Your store moves to the next healthy rail. Checkout, saved cards and subscriptions carry over, because cards are vaulted with us rather than inside a single processor. Shoppers don’t re-enter anything. A declined charge is never re-run on another rail; it’s explained to the shopper and followed up instead.

Where are card numbers stored?

In a PCI DSS Level 1 vault. The card fields on your checkout are hosted, so card numbers never pass through your server or ours, and your own PCI paperwork stays at the shortest questionnaire (SAQ A).

Which payment methods can my customers use?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover, Apple Pay and Google Pay, and ACH bank payments. Subscriptions renew on the saved card.

Who can use Veyra?

Registered businesses only: US LLCs and corporations that sell online. There are no personal accounts. The business that signs the merchant agreement is the one that gets paid, into a bank account in its own name.

How does approval work?

Every store is reviewed before it goes live: business verification, sanctions screening, and a look at your site and what you sell. Tell us about the store below and we’ll tell you what we need.

Do I have to process with Veyra to use the texts and push?

No. Cart recovery, campaigns and push install as their own plugins. Declined-card texts and payment health need your checkout to run through Veyra, because that’s where the decline is seen.

Will the assistant say something wrong to a customer?

It answers only from your site and the rules you set: shipping, returns and the largest discount it may offer. It never invents prices, stock, shipping times or policies, and it hands the thread to a person when it can’t help.

How do you keep the texts compliant?

We only text people who opted in. STOP works instantly and applies to every campaign at once; HELP is answered. Nothing sends outside the shopper’s daytime hours in their own time zone, there are at most three texts a day per person, and your texting number is registered with the carriers under your brand.

What does it cost?

Processing is priced per store after review. Recovery can be priced as a share of recovered sales instead of a monthly fee. We’ll give you numbers on the call.

Tell us about the store.

A 20-minute call with the people who would run it. We look at your checkout and current messages first, so you leave with specifics either way.
